Freelance drivers with a decline choice: Dispatch menus in on-demand mobility services for assortment optimization
Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the decision-making process of freelance drivers in on-demand mobility services. We propose a model that incorporates decline choices and dispatch menus to optimize service assortment, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.
